Brooke is a counsellor, public educator, human rights activist as well as a passionate speaker. She is the Program Coordinator for OK2BME providing strategic direction and leadership for the program. Brooke is also the Director of Quality Assurance at K-W Counselling Services with a focus on information systems and service excellence. Brooke's previous experience includes: working with survivors of trauma and sexual violence, supporting youth who self injure, working in Child Welfare, and in a previous life worked in the Information Technology sector. Brooke is the resident IT geek and maintains OK2BME.ca.

Carrie

Carrie Greig, M.A.

Carrie works as a Therapeutic Counsellor and Public Educator in the OK2MBE Program. She is an enthusiastic and insightful counsellor who works from an anti-oppressive and client-centred perspective. Carrie has worked and conducted research in various mental health and addiction service agencies with children, youth and their families. Carrie's clinical interests include group facilitation, mindfulness meditation, and trauma.

Will Rowe has been an active member of LGBTQ communities for over twenty years. He has worked in anti-violence and anti-poverty movements for the past sixteen years. Will holds a BA from the University of Guelph, a BSW from Ryerson and an MSW from McMaster. Will is entering the PhD program in social work at McMaster. As well as working part time in the OK2BME program as a counsellor and facilitator of the Trans/gender questioning youth group, Will has been a part of the TransPULSE Project, has facilitated the Rainbow Youth Drop-in in Hamilton, currently facilitates the trans peer support group at The Well in Hamilton and facilitates TRANS 101 workshops for service providers.
