OK2BME is a series of specialized support groups for the LGBTIQ community. Why support groups? Because sometimes life can present us with situations where we need a little help. And that’s OK.

Trustworthy. Experienced. Helpful. These are just three things that describe what we are for helping you or a loved one. Our groups are a place where you can get help figuring things out.

All our counselling services are free. They are also confidential. We understand privacy.

Most of all, we can help you solve problems. Our group facilitators are qualified social workers and certified counsellors. Peer groups are facilitated by members of the LGBTIQ community and are managed by a professional social worker.

Peer support groups are led by those who have experienced what you are experiencing right now. These ongoing groups meet informally, where similar minded people can meet and share experiences, thoughts, and guidance in a friendly, safe, and supportive environment. Drop-in visits are welcome and encouraged.
