Camino Wellbeing + Mental Health aims to provide a diversity-friendly service and work environment and particularly encourages people of all sexual/gender identities, genders, abilities, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds and beliefs to seek out our services and apply to open positions.
Camino Wellbeing + Mental Health will ensure affected staff/interns/volunteers are trained and familiar with various assistive devices that may be used by customers with disabilities while accessing our goods and services.
We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability. When employees are unsure about the best approach they are encouraged to ask the person politely and not assume how they can best communicate with them.
Camino Wellbeing + Mental Health welcomes people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are allowed on our premises.
A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises.
Notice of Temporary Disruption
In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to services or facilities for customers with disabilities, alternative services and assistance will be provided, if available.
Camino Wellbeing + Mental Health staff will attempt to notify customers promptly and directly through the following process: Camino Wellbeing + Mental Health Website, Notices posted at Entrances/Exits, Radio/TV as appropriate. All Directors will ensure the process is implemented as outlined and will give clear direction to staff in the event of disruption to services.
Customers who wish to provide feedback on the way Camino Wellbeing + Mental Health provides goods and services to people with disabilities can verbally discuss their concerns or send an e-mail directly to email@example.com
