Cambridge Youth Group

Our LGBTQ2+ Cambridge Youth Group is a social and recreational group for LGBTQ2+ youth ages 13-18.

This group provides facilitated support, social and leadership opportunities for youth.

This youth group is a collaboration between the OK2BME program at KW Counselling ServicesIdea Exchange and the City of Cambridge,  with additional funding support from the Cambridge & North Dumfries Community Foundation. The group is facilitated by trained, supportive, LGBTQ2+ and allied professionals.

The goal of this group is to create a space where you can hang out with other LGBTQ2+ teens and meet some new people – all in a safe and respectful environment!

There is no commitment in terms of time, you can come once or just for a few minutes to check it out, so if you’re not sure about your comfort level but want to try meeting new friends, this might be the opportunity you’re looking for!

If you have any questions about the group you can e-mail us at or call Madison at 519.884.0000 x205.

Groups run on alternating Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm at:

Old Post Office Idea Exchange, 12 Water St S, Cambridge, ON N1R 3C5
