About the Program:

OK2BME offers a confidential counselling program in Waterloo Region for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as individuals and their partners. We also offer counselling to kids, teens, and families with 2SLGBTQIA+ children or youth under age 18. Subsidized, sliding-scale (including no-cost) counselling is available as needed. Our Masters-level therapists have extensive experience in dealing with 2SLGBTQIA+ related issues, as well as many other issues including: anxiety, depression, addictions, self injury, abuse/trauma and parent/guardian-teen relations.

All of our OK2BME services are provided subsidized/no-cost as needed to residents of Waterloo Region!

Counselling services are provided at our main office (480 Charles Street, East in Kitchener), by phone or online via video counselling.

Our weekly Walk-In Counselling Clinic resumes for in-person sessions for individuals and families as of Thursday, September 29 from 2pm-6pm. (Remote sessions are an option as well. Please check out our Walk-In info page for more.)
