About the Program:

OK2BME offers a free, confidential counselling program in Waterloo Region for LGBTQ2+ individuals and couples aged 5-29. We also offer free counselling to families with LGBTQ2+ children or youth under age 18. Our Masters level therapists have extensive experience in dealing with LGBTQ2+ related issues, as well as many other issues including: anxiety, depression, addictions, self injury, abuse/trauma and parent-teen relations.

All of our OK2BME services are provided free of charge to residents of Waterloo Region!

Counselling services are provided at our main office (480 Charles Street, East in Kitchener), online via video counselling, in schools or off-site as required. We are currently piloting offering video counselling to students in the following schools: Waterloo-Oxford District Secondary School, Cameron Heights Collegiate Institute, Eastwood Collegiate Institute, Huron Heights Secondary School, and Jacob Hespeler Secondary School.
